Sweet mother of Zeus

When will it all end? As you know I have been babysitting my neighbors Rabbits and for the last week i have been convinced that the bigger one has not been very well and i have been chewing the ears of my dear old parents about it. When we came back from the cinema tonight, i got my mum to come in with me(to see for herself) as i did my nightly check on them. The bloody rabbit had gone a died on us. Luckily we knew where the mum of the owner lives so my dad drive us down there with the body and let him deal with it. I was SO upset, i know it wasn't my fault but coming so soon after sooty.

We have always been convinced that they (The rabbits) don't get properly looked after. I had to go and buy them a new water bottle this morning because the one they had was just terrible, you had to be careful about how you attached it to the hutch or it would just leak water and it had a big crack on it. My mum and I cleaned out the hutch just in case of infection or something, i did the hutch she did the run and what a state the run was in. It was caked in poo, urine, straw and sawdust. It was DISGUSTING! Some people should never have pets.

On the bright side at least i don't have to be awake a nights worrying about the wee thing. And I'm sure the other rabbit will be ok without it's pal.
